Life is so simple if you live honestly. You can build your home and values
with the ones you love and then extend this out into the community that
you live in.
We can make mistakes to learn that the right way is the only way and leave
all our lies and excuses with yesterday.
I always find it sorrowful that some people choose to stay in patterns of
complicated mazes and feel secure in their self-created imprisoned spaces.

like crazy and shop till you drop!
The colourful arena boasts everything that can tickle your imagination
and because there doesn’t seem to be a fixed price for anything the will
power of both vendor and client is determined in every transaction.
One never gets bored in a country that seems like free enterprise in all
directions!!! India is certainly a place that will make you alert and fill
your senses with the unexpected; in every move that you prelude!
The result of the POWER OF LOVE will have an impact . Love is the strongest power there
is ….We as human beings want this but indulge in Gross Power. Let us wake up and realise this.
Pray for UNIVERSAL LOVE that we all have in our hearts to be ignited and to become that in all
that we do. Only then we will understand that all OTHER POWERS’ have helped to contribute
to what we have created today.
本当のことを飾りっけなく、何も付け加えなくて、何も抜き取らずに全て話すこと。。。こんな簡素なことが自分にとってどんなに難しいか感じた日。
かっこいい自分を見せたいとか、悪い風に思われたくないとか、本当の自分が好きじゃないから作り上げた自分像を守りたいとか。。。
仮面全部落とすことの難しさを乗り越えたら、それが本当に一番簡単で本当の生き方だと分かるようになってきた。
あとは一つずつ実際にやって行くことだと、後ずさりしたくなっても前に進むことと、いろんな人たちを通して教えてくれた私の先生に感謝です。
柳といえば、そのしなやかさが目に浮かぶ。
今日会った方が、合気道を始めたと言っていた。
合気道では、いかに体から力を抜くかが求められるという。
力には力で対抗するという世界の流れも、ここにきて、
新しい考え方にシフトしていくのかもしれない。
ここは、柳のように しなやかでいながら、
しっかりと心の通った生き方をしてみたいものである。
それは、偶然の出会いから始まった。
あの時、あの場所にいたから、彼女たちと出会えた。
周りの人達から見たら、「ありふれた、ただの出会い」かも知れない。
でも私たちは分かっている。
偶然ではなく必然だったと。
世の中には偶然なんかないと思う。
どんなことも、全て必然。
それが、いい事でも、悪い事でも・・・
彼女たちは、私の友達になり、ヨガ瞑想のトレーナーになり、英会話の先生になり、・・・そして私の心の家族になった。
そして必然的に、私はHeart to Heart のパートナーになった。
それは、私の人生を変える素晴らしい出会いだった。

I think that passion is the recipe to motivation in anything that anyone
wants to achieve in their life. In compliments to this; the will applied
to accomplish this will lead you to results. They may not be that of what
you expect but passion will drive you in the direction your heart pulls you
to. …If you aren’t passionate about anything in life then maybe its time
to find something that awakes your spirit to the sacred essence
of your born identity.
昨日友達とショッピングに行った時、カシミール地方の品物を売っているお店に入った。そのお店の店主から聞いたお話です。
「ペイズリーにはいろいろな意味が有ります、アーモンドをかたどったとか、マンゴーの種をかたどったものだとか、幸運をもたらすとか、でもカシミール地方で言い伝えられている伝説は、遥か昔のムガール帝国ではあまり読み書きする習慣がなかったため、自分の署名を字として書くのではなく、にぎり拳を作って、小指側の面をインクにつけ、署名代わりに書類などにスタンプしていたと。これがちょうどあのペーズリーの形になったと。」
名前がインドっぽくないのは１８００年にインドから輸入したものがスコットランドのペイスリーという地域で有名になったからだそうです。それでペイズリーと言う名前がよく知られるようになったと。
毎日学ぶことがあるっていうのはおもしろいですね。
このところ、日本もやっと冬らしい天候が続き、
スキー場にもたっぷりと雪が積もってきた。
先週、おそらく6年ぶりにスキーに行ってきた。
久しぶりだったので、相当苦労するかとおもいきや、
意外にしっかり滑ることができて逆に驚いた！
スキーの道具の進歩もあるのだと思うけど、
昔と違って、心に余裕があったのかもしれない。
ガツガツ行くのもありだけど、
ゆったりした方がうまくいくことも
歳をとってから気づくことがあるようだ。
I walked into my room last night with the fragrance of roses in the
Chennai air! Rose petals were scattered all over my room and I
became nostalgic about when a friend sent me a heart which
manifested rose petals of this exact colour on the road I was embarking
upon not but only a year that has gone. At that time, I thought wow!
This is like magic!

Last night, I decided to make a heart for my friend and light a
candle in memory of all the special times we have shared together.
So many magical moments to mention and none that will ever
be forgotten.
新年が明けました。今年も新しい一年を始められることに感謝します。
お正月には、沢山の小さな幸せが沢山ある。
初夢、初日の出、お年玉、おせち料理、家族の団欒・・・そして年賀状。
小さい頃、作るのも届くのも楽しくて仕方なかった年賀状。
大人になって、だんだん面倒になっていく年賀状。
今では、年賀状でしか連絡を取り合わない親族と友人もいる。
「これって、意味あるの？」と疑問に思う時がある。
年末、そんな人たちの年賀状に手書きのメッセージを添えた。
書きながら不思議とひとりひとりの顔が浮かんでくる。
・・・でも、もう何年も会っていないので、頭に浮かぶ顔は自分が知っている当時のままだけど（笑）
ひとりひとりの思い出もよみがえってくる。
書いているうちに面倒な気持ちが薄くなって、書き終えたときには、何故か達成感とほっこりした気持ちが残った。
そしてお正月に届いた年賀状たち。小さな文字で添えられているメッセージを見て笑みがこぼれる。
彼らもこのメッセージを書いているとき、私を思い出してくれていたかも・・・
今では形式的なものになってしまった年賀状だけれど、その短いメッセージには少しだけ愛がある。
（書いている）その瞬間、（受け取った）この瞬間、その人たちと少しだけ繋がっていると感じる。
これも小さな幸せ。
みなさんのところにも、小さな幸せが届いているのではありませんか？
I have to say that I really have a Great Master!
Everyday I think about how this divinised
selfless man has chosen the role of being
here so each and everyone of us can freely
choose to develop into the full potential of
what we should be. This is also amazing as
we can do this from anywhere in the world!

Because of Him I have been able to access
the `Inner Me` through a truly Clear
Channel so that I can refer to my heart
in making decisions knowingly, with
the determined conviction ….Even when I
make mistakes these are also gifts to show
me what the real situations are, in order
to surrender to the only way, and to once
again turn up the volume of the divinised
programme.

Other peoples` games and efforts to either take
me up to their Disneylands` or bring me down
to their Dungeons` seems so far away from the
Clear Channel that My Great Master has tuned
me into to play everyday….Thank You Master!!!
For me friendship is a two-way street. If both
parties are willing to treasure the gold of their
love , nothing can come between. Friendship
is an investment to my future and all the suprises
that come with the deal…..Most of all it may lead
me to making choices that will allow me to
reveal the mysteries that lay within my heart.
I feel that contemplation is essential in our lives. We can become
mechanical in both the material and spiritual world so` Contemplation`
can put things into perspective in what is real for you and what
may perhaps is needed to undo.
最近テレビのコマーシャルで「とある」クリームが使っている曲が頭から離れず、気がついたら鼻歌のように歌っている。リアーナの「カリフォルニア・キング・ベッド」、何か懐かしいような曲の流れですごく好きなんです。
よく聞いてみると内容はCMのテーマ「常に近くに」とは反対の「相手は近くにいるのに遠くに感じてしまうと。。。」ちょっとメランコリーな歌詞。。。今の世の中を反映しているのかなと最近思うようになった。一番近いはずの家族や友人が遠かったり、離れて初めて距離が縮まったと感じたり。。。人間の矛盾、手元からなくなってからその大切さを感じる現代の矛盾。
いつか人と人との間の距離関係無しに常に心の中に（近くに）感じるようになりたいですね。
I was with my sister and her family on the rooftops of Oasis 21 in
Sakae, Nagoya. Japan this time last year. This is them in the shadows
… How our lives can change completely in less than a year. Nothing
is permanent. Every second brings us the present to be alive and
in love with the moment of the now. How lucky are we to just be?
Merry Christmas to one and all and I hope this year
brought Happiness and Joy to be cherished by you.
Last year I was in Nagoya, Japan sharing Christmas
with friends and family at the Heart to Heart room.
This year I send you best wishes and cheer from
Chennai, India to take you into Christmas and the
New Year. May 2012 be greeted with open hearts
with new Hope for integration of all the wonderful
