Thank you for your kind words.Sometimes in life there are so many things going on and we get so trapped in the past and what the future could be that we can really lose touch on the reality of THE NOW.It`s important to remove oneself from a situation and just feel what could be right because the answer always lies within.

Do you mean that thinking too much about a situation can impede the answer/direction that you may be looking for? Is the feeling of “gut-instinct” in fact the answer that lies within????

Aha!!! This is exactly what I mean. Of course this is just my humble opinion but that `gut-instinct` is usually always right. Some people like to call it the `true-self`. I know from my experiences in life when I have listened to my true-self, logical reasoning hasn`t matched that instinct BUT it has always been RIGHT and all that over thinking has been just a waste of energy.
I have just come back from a long walk by the river with a good friend of mine and the only advice I could give him was listen to your heart because it is never wrong. I also said that whatever action you take in life is not going to make everyone happy around you but if you know that deep down inside that the feeling is right; you must act now, regardless of the consequences and let love lead you because when you have found it, what else is there to worry about?
You only have `THE NOW` which is where your actions will create your future so let us not waste time and cherish the love we have.

I agree that ‘The Now’ is where your action/attention should be focussed.
What are your thoughts on Déjà vu. Do you think this feeling is your true-self letting you know that your ‘Now’ actions are the right ones – that you are on the right life-path?

That could be a tricky one Karen!!!….Deja vu is an experience as you know; that you feel you have undergone something before but in your current reality it is only for the first time so your question about whether if it is the `right path` could be a debatable one because one`s destiny can be changed in an instant.Perhaps our lives have been preordained before birth but all that I know, is that these illusions or impressions can be erased in an instant.
Leading us back to the `now` determining what the real true self is trying to tell us in how we should conduct our actions.
I don`t think deja vu comes from the true self because the true self is `ORIGINAL`, and may be leading us back to the “right path”….to where we are supposed to go. Deja vu could be a doorway to recognizing that you are on the right path..
