The last time I sat under this tree looking at the mass of the ocean.
Feeling the sea breeze through my hair and the sensations of the moment.
I pondered on some words that a friend had relayed to me once.
That we are like raindrops in the sea, all separate and unique.
But undeniably connected in togetherness elevating us to our peaks.

A beautiful message…
no such thing as coincidence, I was at a very nice beach this morning. I’d like to share my nice experience with you and all the readers.
Last night, very late in the evening, I suddenly had the urge to go see the waves. I sometimes get this desire to see the ocean, and last night this desire manifested.
I hopped into my car at 10:30 p.m. and started driving North, towards the Japan Sea. I arrived at the shore of Tsuruga, Fukui Prefecture at about midnight and the stars were magnificent! Saw the Big Dipper in the big, black sky and saw some shooting stars too! Then I looked down at my feet where the waves were calmly washing over my toes and saw that some of the grains of sand were glowing florescent green… The twinkling white stars above and twinkling green stars below, in the water. It was amazing.
I slept in the car till morning and woke up to a beautiful coastline very different from the one I saw before the sound of the waves lulled me to sleep. No dark sea but an amazingly clear blue sea, no big, black sky with stars but a beautiful blue sky. I left the beach at around 8:30 a.m. and this is how my day today started.
I’m just very thankful.
