I thought this is pretty cool and wanted to share this “AWAKENING”
little exercise with you all, at Heart to Heart.
Whilst looking at the above words in the video write all of them down
on a piece of paper and whilst these words of feeling and meaning flash
before you, write down someone`s name that first comes to your mind;
beside that word.
Don`t cheat!!! Read the following AFTER the video and activity that
you`ve done, is over!

At the end of this activity, you may have found that some names come up
more than once. If this is so, it is logical to think that you have a deep respect
admiration and love for these people. They give you INSPIRATION .
If your family, boyfriend`s, girlfriends, wives, husband`s , friends,teachers
and people that are close to you aren`t on the list and you have movie stars,
pop singers, people from books, the news announcer on TV etc……(people you
don`t know personally) that are on your list; I think it is fair to say, that you
should look into the life you`re living and ask yourself honestly if you are
really happy RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW!
The last few seconds showed negative emotions. Are these strong in your life now?
Remember that negative emotions are only a reflection of the fear inside of YOU!
Maybe you need to look into yourself and make some changes about how you do
things such as communicating with people and who you choose to be close to.
Start living in the truth instead of fantasy and really see if some changes need to be
made within yourself so your life reflects the above video. Stop making excuses
and start living. Remember YOU are the writer of your own history!
