Today my friend received this gift from a friend of his and shared it with me.
Anyway I liked the statement on the cover of the box.
PURE FOODS with PURE HEART
In India when food is blessed by a pure person and shared amongst others
this is called “PRASAD”. And if we eat in remembrance of the food being
pure; the digestion, appreciation and meaning of eating changes altogether.
We would not waste, take more than our share and be aware of others in need.
I think if we always ate in remembrance of food being pure with our hearts
also being pure,  we would certainly not have this crisis of starving people
in the world.

Hey Hi Tomoko!

So nice to hear from you…Yes, this is our new Heart to Heart`s place of work. I love it too. I think because we had people helping us from their goodwill that this place comes alive even in photographs.

I`m just super great and my life is always filled with beautiful encounters that is endearing for my growth as a human being

How are you and what`s going on with your life in Tokyo?

Anyway when do you think you will come to Nagoya? Our doors at Heart to Heart are standing open for you to visit us at anytime, so until then may love be always with you!!

And yes, if we eat in constant remembrance our whole experience of having a meal or putting something in our mouths changes….

Love Clarissa
