Hello!
I shared my life with that habit, did I loved it? sure I did but I learned to link pain to that pattern, I’m happy to get rid off the old bugger! and I try to apply the same method to other habits.
Get on with it and wish you the best in kickin’ out the habits you don’t want.
see ya.

Ahhhh the cigarette….mmm yummy yummy. It seems I can`t quite part with it yet! I am smoking without guilt and have actually cut down my intake of the stake. Being human is a challenge. I have no excuses but I just love the cigarette! Good to hear that you have rid of this habit. Are there any other habits that you find difficult to resist that are bad for you??

good on ya, doing without guilt is the best. i changed it for a piece of chocolate and love a glass of red in the evenings, just substitute one for another.

To the x smoker
Substituting one desire for another hardly seems like a solution to fix ones immediate bad habit! Thank you for the advice, anyway. Chocolate, cookies and ice-cream have always been a part of my life and they weigh on the good habit criteria for me… ha ha!!!Red wine mmmm is a definite desire that has given me up so …..maybe we should just be happy with what we are doing and just live….
