I was afraid of my darkness before.
As I accept both side, I become one.
I love using all the color inside of me to paint on my canvas.

Hello Heart to Heart!
What a great contrast. As we grow from infancy, we learn that light is good; dark is bad. Happy is good; sad is bad. Smiling is good; tears are bad and so on… We learn a lot of values. But just recently, I learned that it is possible to accept both, the way they just are. That the judgement of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ is something we grew into… into our ego.
Someone once said that where there is no light, there is no darkness. I’m starting to feel that when I attach myself to the ‘good’/the ‘light’, I am also attaching myself to the ‘bad’/the ‘darkness’. So when I’m holding on to good memories, I must be holding on to bad memories. But thanks to meditation, I’m not holding on as much as I did when I first started… and I’m learning everyday to accept the light and the darkness… learning that one day, my ego and heart will become friends.

As usual the two of you are rip roaring with wonderful comments from the core!
I feel comfortably numb most of the time when being in the midst of the illusion we share.
One thing that is eminent is that we must always stick to the basic fundamental morals and values treating our fellow human being as we would like to be…
It doesn`t matter if we are judged, but we should take care not to judge others; and we must always be in constant remembrance that our spirit is always there.
