Wow wee, Heart to Heart friends and family.
When I spied this artist`s work; I felt my
inner spark strike up, and visioned the end
of this year`s long and fulfilling path.
I felt that `Hey Man`, I am stepping out into the unknown
of tomorrow, with all that has been unraveled
in yesterday`s bliss and sorrows.
Where will the road take me in the new year
to come?
Will it be walking alone with my fancy new shoes,
tapping the tiles to that same familiar tune?
Will I be singing my favourite songs with
a merry cheer for the passersby to wonder,
`Hey Man, Is that sister over there, really with
us over here`?
So many places and faces I have seen ,in
the year that has flown by; with its graceful
lessons and fortunate blessings that have
evaporated mercifully, into the infinite blue skies.
Those which leave traces of tears for me to
reminiscence upon without unnecessary fears.
I feel like stepping out and letting loose
with my fancy new shoes,
I feel like running and dancing and shaking
my whole body to the natural rhythm that
awaits me in tomorrow`s new downtown heaven!
