光があるから影がある。
真っ暗になったときに、初めて灯りの大切さに気づく。
いつもいると気がつかない。
その人がいなくなって初めてわかることがあります。
今を大切にしたいですね。
これは、ひょうたんで作られたランプ。
ひとつひとつドリルで穴を開ける気の遠くなる作業。
なんか、生命力を感じるランプですよね。
Living in the moment
During my English class today we spoke about living in the moment.
We spoke about tragedy and triumph and shared a few stories with
each other.
My big tragedy was losing my special granny to the other world but
my triumph from this experience was the true realization that life in
the material body is absolutely short and I should try to live each
moment as if it would be my last.
This is a picture of four generations in our family. My granny, sister
and her baby and I. I was honoured to spend the last three months
with my granny before she left us for good. The most wonderful
experience of all is that her spirit remains in my heart and we are
never apart.

DESIRE
You must have something in your life that has a strong hold on you
that may not be particularly right.
To my deepest regret, I just love the cigarette! The initial strike of the
match and the seductive sensation of smoke, being inhaled down
the hatch.
I have battled with the cigarette for such a long time and in the past
few weeks I have been having conversations about leaving them
behind. I don`t have the feeling of wanting to quit, but I must try
again to rectify this poisenous mis-fit….
What has a hold on you? It can be any bad habit or desire that you can`t
shake…
THE SIMPSON DESERT
You can find these marvelous naturally formed rock structures
in the middle of the desert in Australia.
I lived so close to them for nearly 1 year, about 20 years ago!
I walked into the office that I share with my friends in Nagoya,
Japan and to my surprise and delight, saw this picture displayed
on the cabinet stand!
Memories flooded back from my confusing times of being a
youth and this was when I had left my family at 17 years old; to
start my personal journey searching for the truth.
My heartbeat quickened as I remember sinking my body down
on the hot sandy earth; at the foot of these great big orange rebirths.
I remember putting my little arms around those big beautiful
beasts and feeling so small in that mysterious retreat.
I was lost in the vast desert for such a long time, but now
the road that I have found, has made me complete and onward bound.
Just to think that a picture on the wall at our office, could
lead me to reminiscing about the things in life that were so bittersweet!
COMMUNICATION
I love this picture. When I look at it many thoughts flood into
this mind of mine, about the copious amounts of deliscious
red wine, black coffees, numerous cigarettes, scrumptuous
cuisine and not forgetting the fantastic connections that have
been made through endless chatter of communication; with
people from my past and present that I will forever relish
in their splendor!
iphoneとの格闘
いやー、ほんとに待ちに待ったiphoneが届きました。
触っているだけで、本当に楽しいですね。
でも、この二日iphoneに振り回されっぱなしです。
もともと英語のことしか考えてないから、アドレス帳も
日本語での利用はストレスがたまりまくりです。
たぶん、英語で使ったらすごくさくさく動くんでしょうね。
しかも、webやメールやっていると、突然画面がリセット
されてしまう症状が頻発して、二日目にして新しい
iphoneに交換してもらいました。
しばらくは、iphoneの設定に追われそうです。

Sometimes as human beings we let the fear eat at our
lives. We try our best to keep our head above water,
but inevitably we tend to falter.
Years go by, and even though we are doing our best,
through every similar test, that is detrimental for our progress.

We hang our heads in fear, because change is unknown
so we cling to unhealthy old patterns, because they have already
been shown.
How do we release ourselves from constant fear, to find a new way?

I have limited stress and no need to impress.

Heart to Heart
A bouquet of fresh roses were given
to me from a sweet dear friend whom
I cherish to be free.
To another friend of mine, I send these
to you. Assorted colours of pink that
hopefully will pull you out of the stink.
I know you feel sad because the vibration
I am receiving, is a definite indication
that now you are grieving. Remember my
friend this is all a part of cleaning and if
you let go of your control and accept what
is best,
You know and I know, that Master will do
the rest!
Pink is the colour of Love. I wish that
your spell of misery is broken.Even though
you have not spoken about your problems
and are not open! I humbly advise
you to listen to your heart and do what
is necessary to breathe new air, for a
destined new start!

Life Purpose
This is Nami Tanaka, a student at Heart to Heart in Imaike,
Nagoya, Japan. She wrote an inspirational short essay on
what she feels her Life Purpose is about, and I, with her

Question:
Do you know what your life purpose is?
Answer:
I think that the purpose of life is to grow love in our heart.
Because I belive a man`s body dies, but our spirit and this
world and the universe will existing forever.
It`s just hell if all things in the universe don`t have love.
But All things full of happiness if they have it.
So, pleasures, troubles, a lot of things happen to our life,
and we get many feelings
But we never lost our love and stop growing it.
That`s our purpose. I think so.

As you can see, here is a picture of two sets of twins.
I have lived with both sets and discovered some things.
Even though they are identical in appearance alone, their
true natures` within, tell different stories as to how
they bestow; their lives with originality and inner clarity,
cultured from the very beginning of time echoing out
the sound of the ever so distant chimes.
A personal message to all of you at Heart to Heart.
It is fine to admire and want to be like someone
else, but it is divine to know that the qualities you
desire are burried inside of you, and initially require,
your will to dive deeply in order to see, the mystique
of your origin, which will inevitably lead you to
unimaginable streets of a new reality.
Don`t copy-cat people, just naturally be and you
will be surprised at the reactions that will arise.
