Ｈｅａｒｔ to Heart English も1周年を迎えました！

たくさんの皆さんに集まっていただき、楽しいパーティーができました。

みなさん、ありがとうございました。


ゲームも、3つほど用意してきたのですが、ひとつしかできませんでした。(^^;

でも、楽しんでいただけたら幸いです。

また来年も、2周年パーティーは、楽しくすごしたいと思います。

冬の間は、食べ物がすくないので、鳥にとっては厳しいシーズンです。

公園の木に、季節はずれの花が咲き、木の実がなっていました。

鳥たちは、目ざとくそれを見つけ、ついばんでいました。

体の小さいすずめは、他の鳥たちがいなくなったのを見計らい、
やっと木の実を口にできます。


ハトをはじめ、モズや知らない鳥たちも来ていました。

鳥によっては、群れで、

または一羽でやってきます。

野良猫の子供が、寒空の中じゃれあっていた。

三毛猫とパンダカラーの猫の兄弟だ。

少しでも暖を取ろうと、日向を探して温まっていた。


ちなみに三毛猫は、すべてメスらしい。
遺伝的に、三毛はメスしか生まれないのだとか聞いたことがある。

今調べてみたら、たまにはオスも生まれるみたい(^^;

米子駅の駅弁カニ寿司は格別！

たぶん二十年以上ぶりに食べたと思う。


あっこの味だ。
食べた瞬間に思い出した

子供の頃、この味が大好きで、おばあちゃんに米子からお取り寄せしてもらったっけ。

おばあちゃんの家は島根の山あいのまちにあり、駅舎は神殿作りでマニアには有名だった。

ここを走る汽車はスイッチバックをすることで知られている。山を越えるのに、ジグザグに前に、後ろに上って行く。

ここを通り米子から広島に向かう急行列車に、この駅弁を配達してもらったのだ。

今では無理だろうなぁー。

弁当一つ気軽に頼める人のつながりがあった時代だった。

I know Christmas is over but I wanted to let you know about

the Nagara Illumination in Gifu that is open to the public every year around

Christmas time.

It was totally amazing and the whole park was alight with spectacular dazzling lights to make you feel all excited and child-like inside.

I thought to myself  how happy I am to be fortunate enough to

experience this display but even more importantly to feel content

that I don`t really have to wait for Christmas to see these lights.

Through meditation I always encounter a lightness of mind and body

so my personal Christmas can be continued everyday.

お正月に、息子とおみくじを引きました。

なんと、二人そろって大吉ではないですか!

まさか、お正月だから、全部大吉にしているのではないかと思い、
周りの人のおみくじを見る。

ふむふむ「末吉」か。

ちょっと安心。(^^;

このおみくじの内容、なんかよくあたっているような気がしました。
神様の声かも。

ふと、おみくじって英語でなんと言うのだろうと思い、
調べてみました。

Written oracle

なんと、辞書によってぜんぜんバラバラでした。

自分的には、　Paper fortune がしっくりくるかなぁ。

※久しぶりに英語の話題に触れられました。(^^;

I was out to lunch with my other half and was quite amazed when

I felt these penetrating eyes focusing  at me in the midst of the daze!

A voice in my head told me to look away  but I found myself

completely mesmerized by their power ,so naturally, I gave in to

their never-ending gaze .

Having made the connection to their soul I heard the invaluable

whispered messages that they foretold.

Some wise person said  “The eyes  are the Windows to the Soul”.

You can tell a lot about a person from how open their windows are.

Next time you meet someone; really see with your eyes the other

person`s demise.

I was on the train to Centrair (Chubu International Airport) to see

some dear friends off on a spiritual quest to see our Guru in India.

As I took this photograph I thought of the both of them on this

glorious morning with the golden sun rising.  I  bid them farewell and

silently prayed for them as I knew that they would be walking into

a mysterious dimension which would change their lives forever.

This was just less than a month ago and I wonder how they are….

普段何気なく歩いている街角でも、
ちょっと目を凝らせば、素敵な写真が撮れます。

この写真は、何の変哲もない工場のシャッタードアですが、
角度を変えてみてあげるだけで、立派な作品になります。

このさわやかなブルーが気持ちいいでしょ?

何も言われないと、地中海のイメージ?
ちょっと言いすぎかな?

開けてみると、にょろにょろがたくさんいたりして・・・(^^;

The Kookaburra Queen


The Kookaburra King

This is a picture taken by one of my life-long soul-mates, Koichi Takase.

It is a scene which can be commonly experienced at the Brisbane

River in Queensland, Australia.

The boat with the bright lights is called The Kookaburra Queen.

Coincidentally, it is the same boat that I worked on at the age of

16, ohhhhh, so very long ago!

Since then my life has seen many bright lights and of course, not

forgetting the dark ones which have made me who I am today.

Remember my friends, everybody loves the bright lights but it

is in the darkness that one inescapably learns wisdom.

NB: The Kookaburra is a bird that has a loud laughing cry that is the

Australian people`s  alarm clock because no one can sleep through

its crazy laughter!!!!

初詣の道すがら発見した喫茶店。

「命がけで営業中｣の看板がかかっています。

すごい気合の入ったお店です。

でも、そのわりにはお休みでした。(^^;

今度、一度立ち寄ってみたいお店です。

どんなふうに命がけなんだろう?　という疑問を見つけたい!

80過ぎのおばあちゃんがやっているのかな？
なにかよほどすごい事をしてくれるのか?

よく見ると、営業時間が夜中の０時から夕方6時まで！
このあたりが大変なんだろうか?

などなど、新年から夢が膨らみます。

新年は、どんな夢を見ましたか?

一富士二鷹三茄子

徳川家康の時代から、新年に見ると良いとされるもの、
なすびは、ただ見るのではなくて、その値段の高さとのこと。
