ハートで世界をつなげる

I had a lengthy conversation with my brother

and his wife yesterday and we all share the

same hope for the best, towards our fellow human beings.

Conversation also touched about how science,

spirituality and environmental facts are more than

interelated  in today’s world than it has ever been

accepted in  history….Does that mean that we will all

support each other in times of desperate measures?

I know that there are enough likened minds that

will pull Together with Love and Ingenuity for the

Hope of Tomorrow..

Time is just a concept but one day you wake up and

look at yourself in the mirror realizing that your face

has changed! You ask yourself if life has been authetic

to you and if you have lived just the way you have

envisioned your time on earth to be. I have no regrets

and am having an amazing existence living, learning

and loving. Everyday is a magical mystery waiting

to be experienced…How do you become your time???

あの震災から１年

とてもショックな出来事だった

それは、ひとことでは言い表せない・・・

でも、確かに全ての人達の心に、何らかのインパクトを与えた

あの日と同じ３月11日の今日、2時46分
私はサハジマルグ・ラージャヨガでみんなと瞑想をしていた

とても特別な日の、特別な時間、特別な瞑想

その時間、色んな場所で黙祷が捧げれてていた・・・
それは世界中で・・・

ふと、隣の部屋から囲碁を打つ音がずっと聞こえてくる
瞑想に集中しながらも「隣の人達は黙祷しないのかしら？」という疑問が沸いた

これが日本の現実なのかしら・・・？
悲しいような、とても複雑な気持ちだった

家に帰りパソコンを開いて、涙が、愛が、溢れてきた

インドから日本に向けて
RadhikaさんとJohnさんからメッセージと歌が届いていたからだ

「Hold on Makenaide」を聴きながら
言葉にならない感謝の気持ち
ただ、ただ、涙が溢れてきた

Radhikaさん、Johnさん、ありがとう

インドから送られた大きな愛に、ありがとう

To question is an impressionable resolution to one’s

doubtful mind.

To be in doubt of the resolution take’s one even a step

further away from the manifestation.

To trust what one attracts and then experiences; should

lead one to the eye that sees; for this is the only

insightful vision, that truly perceives and believes.

誰かの怒りや苛立ちが伝染するときがある

そして自分も嫌な気分になり、周りに冷たく当たってしまうことがある

負の連鎖だ

世の中のいたるところでこれが存在する
学校で、会社で、家庭の中で

悲しい現実

でも誰かからもらった「思いやり」や「愛」は心を満たしてくれる
どん底から救ってくれる
そして自分も誰かに優しくしたくなる

日本人は「愛」という言葉がちょっと照れくさい
でも、あえて使いたい

「愛」は共鳴する

「愛」は枯渇などしない

無限に、自然に溢れ出てくるとても純粋でキレイな感情

だから出し惜しみをする必要はない

負の連鎖を断ち切るのは、ほんの少しの「愛」だけでいい

クラリッさの初サーリ！夜遅くに5メーターの生地を巻き、タカさんのフォトシュートの始まり☆素敵でしょ？

サーリはインド、バングラデッシュ、ネパール、パキスタン、ブルマ、ブータン、スリランカ、マレーシア、シンガポールなどの国で着られている一枚布のドレス。なんと3.6メーターから8メーターのものまであるらしい。一枚布を国と地域によって着方が変わるみたい。下の絵がそのさまざまなサーリの着方です。ちなみにクラリッサのはニヴィ・スタイルで、最も人気のある着方なんですよ。

この写真は、私のお気に入り。
おびただしいホタルの群れに、星がゆっくりと周っている。

岡山の写真家が撮した、これらのホタルの写真が、世界的に注目を集めているそうだ。ホタルの写真は、何枚も撮した写真を一枚に重ねあわせたものらしい。

成虫になったホタルの寿命は、オスで平均3.3日、メスで平均5.7日ほどの寿命しかないという。

とてもはかない命。

でも、宇宙の流れから見れば、人間の寿命も、同じく儚いひとときなのかもしれない。

February 23, 2012 – ICELAND – A photographer from Britain, James Appleton, has captured breath-taking pictures from Iceland, reports The Huffington Post. He captured both magma and northern lights in one shot. He stood just a few yards from an erupting volcano in order to take the pictures and they just might be one of nature’s most amazing sights. James was willing to go within a few hundred feet of an erupting volcano after working alongside vulcanologists in Iceland, and found out about Fimmvörðuháls who from his Icelandic friend. “She informed me of the eruption, and I knew immediately I had to try and get out to see it.” Not only did James have to deal with the harsh flames of the volcano, but he also had to face the frozen temperatures of a harsh Icelandic winter in order to take his remarkable pictures. “The closest I got was probably only a few hundred meters away,” said James. -Long Island Press

鳳凰は長い首、尾羽など孔雀に近い見た目をしており、そのルーツはインドにあるそうだ。

また、不死鳥と呼ばれることもある。
永遠の命をもつ鳥だ。

人間の寿命だけは、いまのところ限りがある。
いくら、お金持ちになっても、命だけは買うことはできない。

限りある時間、どのように生きるべきか？

自分の人生の目的とは？

自分は、死ぬまでに気づけるだろうか。

どれだけのものを見過ごしてきたんだろう？

どれだけのものを聞き逃してきたんだろう？

どう見るべきか、どう聞くべきか、どう喋るべきかに集中しすぎて、見ているつもり、聞いているつもりでしかなかった。そうやって毎日生きてきた、今まで。

目は開いているけど、目の前にあるものを果たしてどれだけ見ているんだろう？

耳は傾けているけれども、果たしてどれだけ聞いて、理解できているんだろう？

目の前にあるサインを見ること、目の前にいる人の話をちゃんと聞くこと。

これからは自分の中を静かにして目を向ける、耳を傾ける。

自分を否定されたとき、思わず反応してしまう

反発の気持ち、悲しい気持ちが湧き上がってくる

「どうしてそんなこと言うの？」と心が叫んでいる

でも違う。

自分の中にある否定的な感情が反応しているだけ
自分の中にあるものが『外』にも現れる

誰かの口を使って、それを分からせてくれているだけ

試しに、何か（誰かを）否定することをやめてみる
意外と、色んなことを否定している自分を知る
世界の情勢に
政府の対応に
ニュースの内容に
友達の行動に
家族の言葉に

否定せず、別の方向から見てみる
すると、自分が信じていることだけが正義では無いことに気付く

白でも黒でもなく
善でも悪でもなく

ニュートラルに
柔軟に

そんな風に毎日過ごせたら、次第に自分の周りから否定的な人はいなくなる
自分が変われば、周りは変わる

敵は外にはいない
自分自身の中にいる

So many flowers, so many elegant fragrances can captivate the human

senses but do we have the wisdom to see which perfumes enhances our

journeys and which flowers we should choose in order to really bloom?

To take flight without doubt is a bold move indeed.

And if the conviction of truth is revealed; the sights become sealed.

To glide with the tides into the unknown is the ultimate bestowed.

Which dimension are your thoughts in? If it be the past , that ceases to

exist; if it be the future , you are yet to discover what that may be.

These ghostly thoughts will lead you to systematic patterns of monotony.

Robbing yourself of the present and all the opportunities to be in harmony.

人と話をするとき、壁を感じる人と感じない人がいる。

みんな構えている。警戒している。
自分の本心を知られないように・・・
探るように・・・

でも気心知れた親友や家族には、あまり警戒心はない。
お互いに壁がないからだ。

壁は、相手が作っていると同時に自分も作っている。
自分がまず壁を取り払えば、おのずと相手の壁もなくなる。

みんな無意識に壁を作っていることに気付いていない。

ただ、自分にも相手にも正直に話すだけ。
構えず、素直な気持ちで・・・
作り笑顔や、うわべだけのほめ言葉なんて必要ない。

ただ、心から自分の言葉を伝えるだけ。

Life is so simple if you live honestly. You can build your home and values

with the ones you love and then extend this out into the community that

you live in.

We can make mistakes to learn that the right way is the only way and leave

all our lies and excuses with yesterday.

I always find it sorrowful that some people choose to stay in patterns of

complicated mazes and feel secure in their self-created imprisoned spaces.

T. Nagar marketplace in Chennai is the place to be if you want to bargain

like crazy and shop till you drop!

The colourful arena boasts everything that can tickle your imagination

and because there doesn’t seem to be a fixed price for anything the will

power of both vendor and client is determined in every transaction.

One never gets bored in a country that seems like free enterprise in all

directions!!! India is certainly a place that will make you alert and fill

your senses with the unexpected; in every move that you prelude!
